Regular customers are very familiar with sous chef Shane; the friendly face at the counter. Shane is always ready to serve and accommodate guests with a smile, and his earnest amiability has made him a favourite of customers and staff alike.
Shane has been an accomplished chef his whole working life, and found his calling in front of house service where his personable nature shines. Having worked with Enrico for over a decade, Shane is a trusted and valued member of the team at The Family Brasserie.
Behind the scenes at The Family Brasserie we are lucky to have the talents and unwavering dedication of our head chef, Kim. As with Shane, Kim has worked with Enrico for over a decade.
